XSCN respects intellectual property and expects the people on it to do the same. If you believe content on XSCN infringes your copyright, here's exactly how to tell us — and how we respond.
Last updated: June 2026
The short version: XSCN is a platform — most content (listings, posts, reels, videos, profiles) is created by users, not by us. We comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA, 17 U.S.C. § 512). Send us a valid notice and we'll promptly remove or disable the material; we terminate repeat infringers.
If you are a copyright owner (or authorized to act for one) and believe material on XSCN infringes your work, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (below) that includes all of the following, as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3):
Incomplete notices may delay our response. We may forward a copy of your notice (including your identity) to the user who posted the material.

Subject line: "DMCA Takedown Notice"
When we receive a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material, and we'll notify the user who posted it that it was taken down because of a copyright complaint. We track these actions.
If you posted material that was removed and you believe that was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing, per 17 U.S.C. § 512(g):
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant notifies us they have filed a court action seeking to keep it down.
We will, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers. Maintaining a usable account on XSCN means not repeatedly posting material that infringes others' rights.
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or that it was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees. Don't file a notice or counter-notice in bad faith.
