Terms of Service

Plain language, no fine-print games. These are the rules for using XSCN (the X-Seeding Cash Network). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The two things that matter most:

XCash is closed-loop in-app credit. You buy it with real money and spend it inside XSCN. It is one-way and non-redeemable — there is no cash-out, withdrawal, or transfer to a bank. Don't treat it as savings.
You are responsible for what you post, sell, and send. XSCN is a platform; the people on it — including you — are accountable for their own conduct and listings.

1. Who can use XSCN

You must be at least 18 to hold an account. Some categories (age-restricted goods) require additional 21+ identity verification, and we will not let you buy or sell in them without it. You agree to give accurate information and to keep your login and PIN secure — anyone who has them can act as you.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account. Your password and PIN are stored only as a one-way hash; we can't recover them for you. If you forget your PIN, any end-to-end-encrypted content tied to it is permanently unrecoverable — by you and by us. Tell us right away if you think your account is compromised.

3. XCash, payments & fees

Buying XCash: by card (via our payment provider's hosted checkout — we never see your card number) or by manual methods (Cash App / Venmo / crypto) sent to a posted destination with a reference you submit for approval.
No cash-out: XCash is non-redeemable in-app credit. There is deliberately no withdraw or transfer-to-bank feature anywhere in the app.
Fees: the platform charges a fee on certain transactions (for example a percentage of marketplace sales, with a reduced rate for Pro members). Fees in effect at the time of a transaction apply to it.
AI usage: AI features are billed at standard list price metered to your actual usage, drawn from your XCash balance. Pricing is shown in-app before you spend.
Refunds & disputes: goods and services are between buyer and seller. We may, at our discretion, reverse or hold credits to resolve fraud or clear errors, but we don't guarantee refunds for buyer's remorse.

4. Marketplace & services

Listings, deals, gigs, and services are offered by users, not by XSCN. You agree to sell only what you're legally allowed to sell, to describe it honestly, and to follow all laws that apply to you — including the rules for any age-restricted or regulated category. We can remove listings and restrict accounts that break these terms or the law.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use XSCN to defraud people, launder money, harass others, distribute illegal goods, break into accounts or systems, scrape at scale, or evade our safety and verification controls. Don't try to reverse, abuse, or farm credit, referral, or reward systems. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

6. Messaging & content

You own what you create. By posting public content (listings, profiles, reviews) you let us display and distribute it within the app to make the feature work. End-to-end-encrypted messages are private by design — see our Security & Trust page for exactly what we can and can't see.

Respect others' copyrights. Only post content you own or have the right to use. We respond to copyright complaints and terminate repeat infringers under the DMCA — see our Copyright & DMCA Policy for how to file a takedown or counter-notice.

7. AI features

XSCN includes AI assistants and tools. AI output can be wrong — don't rely on it for legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions without verifying. Money-moving actions an assistant proposes always require your explicit confirmation before they execute.

8. No warranty / limitation of liability

XSCN is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running and your data safe, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be waived.

9. Changes & ending your account

We may update these terms; material changes will be surfaced in the app. You can stop using XSCN at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or the law. Some records may be retained where required for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
